i am so grateful for the hotel's convenient location near the airport. the proximity made my early morning departure stress-free. i especially appreciated the attentive staff, always ready to assist with a genuine smile. the restaurant offered delicious meals, and i found the complimentary croissants upon arrival a lovely touch.
i noticed a slight musty smell in the room, but it was very minor.

the staff demonstrated excellent cordiality and professionalism, ensuring all guests felt welcomed. the reception desk operates 24 hours a day. the front desk provided quick and efficient assistance whenever i needed something. the hotel restaurant operates until 00:00.

The restaurant uses fresh ingredients and has great tasting food. Dolomiti, a local beer, is served here. AMAZING. Breakfast includes both savory and sweet items. Hot beverages are prepared fresh at the bar for each guest.

The rooms are quiet and clean. THAT'S a relief. A small refrigerator is available in the room for guest convenience. The bathroom includes bio products such as shampoo and soap. I loved them!

the room was perfectly clean. super kind drivers and reception were available. a phone call secured the airport shuttle right away.
i was not informed reservations were necessary at the restaurant. the front desk person just gave the hours of the restaurant. i found them very annoyed i had no reservation. i was very disappointed in the service. i ordered lasagna and received 2 burnt flat noodles with a bunch of sauce on top and a cherry tomato.
